Emails
Individualised emails can be used – either as the initial communication method or as a follow up to a printed piece. The email also contains a PURL.
Website
This is where the PURL takes the customer. You can use personalised websites in different ways, for example:
Landing Pages — bring customers into your existing website though a personalised landing page. This can have personal information, or a personalised message telling customers what areas they should visit, for example.
Personalised Web Microsites — we can also host an entire section of your site (a "microsite" is like a smaller alternative to a bigger web site). This microsite can have sections to collect further customer data – enriching your CRM database.
